Welcome Tony
There isn't a Haynes manual but there is a Suzuki Service manual and parts manual (available electronically from various sources).
The tank stripes and all other decals are available on Ebay and I'm sure Rotary Recycle (Jess) would be able to sort you out with them too. By the way, Rotary Recycle is a very good source for most RE5 spares and Jess is always helpful with problems etc.
Forks and brakes are I believe GT750 but that's about it, most other parts (seat etc.) are unique to the RE5 (I'm sure others will correct me if I'm wrong).
You will find there are a few long threads on this board about oils. The general feeling is to use Castrol GTX 20-50 in tank and sump. I believe some other oils are definitely not recommended.
Don't forget to get some pictures on here of your purchase. Regards Ray

Sadly Sam passed away Feb 2010, Jess is the guy at Rotary Recycle who you can deal with for your parts.
I suggest that you read as much as possible on this site and the Internet, most answers are within this site for questions from a new owner.

I don,t know if gt550guy found a shop manual, but I bought one on ebay for about $32.00. That seller is in New Zealand and puts together a fine spiral-bound reproduction of the genuine Suzuki manual. I found it on ebay in the books and publications section. As a bonus, the grammar used during the translation into English is entertaining as well.

It came 12000 miles in less than a week (unlike my RE5 which has taken 35 years to cover 14000 miles ) Here it is...
