Choke pulloff diaphragms?
If not, what would you coat it with to repair it?

I just had to repair mine and used a Holly carb accelerator pump diaphragm. It took some careful machining and care to get the center out of the Holly part to just use the rubber part. The carb part had to be machined to accept a allen head bolt to hold the new one on. The bolt holes on the corners of the gasket had to be elongated a little. I think I remember seeing that RR has a complete carb kit hopefully this part is included. I repaired mine before I found the message.

They are not a part of the carburetor kit. As a matter of fact, the diaphram was never listed as a seperate part. If you were to have purchased one when they were available from suzuki, you had to buy the complete unit, including the housing.
We have had a replacement for the choke unloader diaphram manufactured.
We have them available for sale, but we require your core in exchange.
They are not cheap, but they have been made to Jess's specifications and should easily last a lifetime.
Let us know we can help...
Best,
The Rotary Recycle Team

That was easy. I'll just order one from RR!
