cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Suzuki-RE5M-1975-SUZUKI-RE5-_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQhashZitem45fb593a7cQQitemZ300569672316QQptZUSQ5fmotorcycles#v4-36 I should have bought it but would have never been able to get that purchase past my wife. I hope new owner does not part it out.... I think it was 23 miles, #33 off of the assembly line. $5000 buy it now. I think you will have to patch the link to make it work. Include both parts in the address bar.

I have a great deal of questions about that bike... I contacted the seller via email with ten minutes of the listing and still have not gotten a response.
Someone clicked buy it now, and I hope that I will be able to talk with them at some point.
10033 is a pre-production frame. Production actually began at 10053. My guess is a typo, or a mistake but I will be curious to find out. If it actually is frame number 10033, it is that in frame alone... as I have records from Suzuki as to the configuration of the prototypes, and 10033 was not a firemist blue bike...
As far as I know the earliest bike to still exist in the world is 10056 (third one off the line), It currently resides in my collection.
I again emailed the seller today asking for contact, I hope they will take the time to talk with me.
Interesting bike... I will post any info I get.
Again, if anyone here knows the buyer or seller, I would like to speak with them.
Best,

It may have been pre-production. Things that did not look right to me were the rear brake switch and the grab bar. Plus, the color was not as blue as my blue 75. The second valuable bike I've passed on.... The other bike was a CBX in full dress with 2 miles, (silver grease still on chain) I saw in a flea market. It was too good to be true so I walked away... Found out Honda had donated about 20 CBX's to a cycle school and it actually was one that was never touched... Local honda dealer bought it somewhere under $1500. You can see it at Kiss cycles in pottstown pa.
