Hi Guys I was wondering did suzuki make the rotor housings or were they made by nsu wankel, next question are the mazda , hercules, rotors the same size as suzuki ,just wondering ??

Suzuki or their subsidiaries made their own rotor housings developing composite electro-chemical materials process and unique production machinery along the way.
The 'NSU/WANKEL' embossed in the housing casting relates to the technical license required to develop and manufacture such an engine.
If you are asking if the rotors are interchangeable between the engines from Suzuki, Mazda and Hercules then the answer is no.

Thanks for the answer I was just interested , do all the rotaries have the same size rotor ,not to interchange them, is there an ideal size for the optimum efficance ?

Rotary engine sizes vary from minute engines that power model aircraft to industrial size generators.

Curiously, I think you will find that rotors from the NSU Spider and the RE5 ARE interchangeable ... though why anyone would need to do it beats me ...
