Rotary Recycle is pleased to announce that we have been sucessful (finally) in having an outstanding reproduction made for the M model Re5. This project is the culmination of almost two years of hard work and great expense to make these available to the Rotary Community. With the bike rapidly approaching it's 40th birthday this has become one of the hardest parts to find for the M model Re5. Be advised to now be much more cautious when purchasing "so called" NOS parts from sources other than Rotary Recycle that these reproductions are so good that they could easily pass for NOS. They are an accurate reproduction of the later M headlamp bucket even down to the production numbers on the inside. They will require some minor finish work prior to paint. Two headlamp mount holes will have to be drilled, as there was some minor variance in the M mounts, and the rim area will need sanding to smooth some mold flash. With a very light sanding to allow the paint to adhear, they will be ready. Now is the time to replace that cracked, chipped or split headlamp housing. As with all our parts, if you are not satisfied with your purchase when you recieve it, feel free to return it for a prompt refund. The special introductory price is $200.00. We appreciate your support. Best Regards, Jess Stockwell Attachments:

Well done Jess, to date not quite the enthusiasm I was expecting on here for what must be the 'hardest to get' cosmetic part.
I have an old spare one that is cracked and flaking, no point working on it now you have had these made.
Looks really good and I'm sure we would all be interested as to how you went about it?

Excellent!!! I'm sure they will sell really well. Thanks for going the extra mile and making these hard to get parts available to those of us who need them.
