In the service diagrams Suzuki show the air filter frame installed with the four screws facing forward, towards the Carburetor intake tube side.
For piece of mind dont install it this way, always install the frame so these screws face towards the rear of the bike.
This way if a screw ever loosens it can fall behind the sponge in the case that's by the two rear facing rubber intake tubes and stay there.
You do not want it loosening and heading in the direction of the carburetor intake tube.
