I don't know if a chat room could be used for anything in here but because it is now offered, I figured I would set it up.
The chat room can be accessed in the menu on the top of any page on the site to the right of the log out link on the end. I tested it and it works fine. Log in using your user name from this site. It is set up for member use only.
