Exhaust question

Still don't know how to use this but have a question. I said I am going to rebild my RE5. The plan still stands but I read on this site that a bike bought by Jay Leno had an extension on the exhaust. I bought mine when it was about three years old not knowing how rare it would be. It was full dress when I bought it and I would like to know what this exhaust extehsion looks like. Please help. PS after pulling this out it's a nightmare.

The exhaust tips?cones were part of the touring kit package... They are very rare, as the factory only made about 200 touring kits.

The purpose of the cone was to keep the exhaust from melting a hole in the fiberglass bags by extending the discharge about 6 inches.

They are very sought after as lots of fellows like the look. If you look at the Leno video, his bike has them... without the touring kit.
