My RE5M has the high-rise type handlebar fitted and the leverage helps me to manouvere the bike, especially pushing it around the garage.I'm 5 foot 4 inches in height and as we all know, this rotary is quite a handful. I like the look of the lower European type handlebar but wonder if it would still give a shorta!! like me the same leverage.Although I can kick-start the beast. ;D Cheers,Shaun.

I wouldn't think that it would make much difference having lower bars. If they were ape hangers and then going down to stock, I'm sure that would make a big difference when pushing the bike around.

I have both types, high bars on a US bike and low bars on a European bike, yes the European ones look better but for maneuverability the US ones are far better.
