I am looking for any available information for the RE5 compression tester tool. User instructions, photos etc.

You mean the one sold by Suzuki? I just bought one at the NAPA or one of the local auto parts store. Works fine.

I think he means the one sold by Suzuki back in the 70's that was made specifically for the RE5. I see them once in awhile on ebay. Jess probably has some.

RE5 Gary is correct. As we all likely know rotary's generate completely different compression information than do 'traditional' piston type engines. Suzuki supplied a period tool for strip recording a compression pulse. I am interested in that information. Ideally I would like a copy of the original tools operating instructions.

I Have one of these compression testers, it seems to work fine except for one thing; the paper roll does not automatically feed through, it seems the motor is dead, so I have to pull the papaer through manually.....unless of course I'm not using it correctly.
I would love to get a copy of the instructions for that reason, if anyone has a set and can post them I for one would much appreciate it.

I have never seen an "operating manual" for the Suzuki Compression tester. They are a very self explanatory item. That said, if someone has one, I would love to see it. I have brand new Suzuki Compression testers in stock... as someone once said... "They ain't cheap, But I got 'em. If you are patient, one pops up from time to time on Ebay. Best, Jess

To my knowledge there are no parts available for the Suzuki Compression testers.
Someone else may have a source, but we do not.
We can sell a complete unit, but you will need to contact Barbara at RotaryRecycle@gmail.com.
We do not do pricing/quotes here on the board.
Best Regards,
