Hello my rotary brothers and sisters Im new to the re5 community but not the world of rotary engines I have a 1975 blue re5 that Ive saved from a fate of being parted out sadly the spark plug is missing and has just got a rag in the hole I'm looking to see if anyone has a plug adapter or where I can get one or old plug it doesn't have to work I just want it for a place holder till I can get a adapter any help would be appreciated I would love to save this bike thanks in advance to anyone that can help me.

Hello and welcome to the forum! There is a forum member in the UK by the name of Stuart (his handle here is T140V) who builds RE5 sparkplug adaptors that use modern (and economical) platinum sparkplugs. You can contact him here on the forum and he also occasionally lists items on ebay. Here is a sold listing from the last time that he listed an adaptor: www.ebay.com/itm/196260162443The nice thing about the adaptor is that its the same price as an NOS sparkplug and it allows you access to an infinite supply of plugs in case you go through a bunch while troubleshooting engine trouble.
