Did some Countries have both a flash to pass and an additional parking light in the headlight shell?

In AU, had the flash to pass but no additional in the headlight. Parking light only illuminated the rear lamp.

The “ M” headlight wiring loom has a single Orange wire that would power the Day riding light bulb and also the parking light with the rear light when ignition switch is turned to the far right so the key can be removed ( and flatten your battery in about 5 mins)
I think the “P” pass button that energises the main been was fitted to the E11 bikes that had seals beam lenses and that didn’t incorporate and small “Daylight “ bulb.
I have yet to find a “M” lens with a Daylight bulb.
There must be one somewhere?
Other Jap bikes like the big Hondas and Kawasaki used the same diameter lens .
