For the A9EFV (very early plug)- 0.55 mm or 0.022" For the A9EFP (later gold palladium plug)- 0.813 mm or 0.032" Torque setting for the 18 mm conical seat plug in an alloy head from NGK is 20-30 nm but tread carefully. Dislocating the plug insert was a problem on the RE5s, so much so that Suzuki advised not using the bike's standard toolkit extension bar when torquing the spark plug.
