I've had this photo for awhile but a friend on the FB page fully identified it: 1974 V11 Motoprom Rd501b in a Dnepr MT_9 chassis: Here are some more "prototypes". Thank you Charles. That link certainly answered my request for more picture and information. I had no idea that many attempts had been made at a rotary engine motorcycle. Very interesting that Suzuki went as far as they did.

I am pretty certain that the unidentifiable one with ‘??’ is a Hercules ‘GS’ (Gelande Sport) bike, with a modified KC27 engine.

One more photo: What is this? The Original Hercules W2000 with Shaft Drive. DKW and BMW couldn't work out a Contract for supplying the R-27 Shaft Assembly so the result was the Hercules with a Rotax chain unit.
[Note: "Prototype of the entire W 2000 series, was first presented in October 1970 at the IFMA (International Motorcycle and Bicycle Exhibition) in Cologne. The machine is equipped with the gearbox and cardan shaft of the BMW R27, which, however, was too expensive for series production. An adapted SACHS KM 914 stationary engine was used as the engine.
