Went out for a hundred mile ride yesterday, sunny and 49 F. RE ran perfect, it seemed to like the cold. Brian

Good one, Brian!
I'm dying to do some riding and weather permitting will ride over Christmas vacay.
Did you mount reindeer antlers on your bike?

There has been a few times riding with the club on a cold day, at a cigarette and coffee break, I would put my gloves over the exhaust tips
Thank goodness for the Suzuki Fairing.

Tim I agree, the fairing is a blessing on a cold day. Brian

Too much salt on UK roads this time of year. One day I will add a fairing, the one I have needs a fair bit of glass work. Thank you Brian for earlier information regarding fairing, and baggage mounting hardware elsewhere in this forum.

Was able to get the RE out and about on New Years day for a great ride.

Nice. It's summer here. Not much chance of a ride on my rotary. 407 mm of rain in 3 weeks (hardest bike to clean and polish).
Good for some things, Lake's full, don't have to wax my kayak.

I got out for a 130 mile ride last Saturday, 60 degrees and sunny. Went to northern Oregon and rode around in a few small towns and even got a hair cut.
Came across this old tug boat resting on dry land and I thought this maybe as close to a tug boat as my RE5 has been since in traveled to the U.S from Japan.
