Today I had my first ever ride on an Re5 and, to make the experience even sweeter, it was my Re5 (well, I need to pay a bit of money for it yet, but you know what I mean ). Roger has done an awesome job of the rebuild, much, much better than I could have done, and she ran as sweet as a sweet thing from Sweety Town. Would I have known if she wasn't running perfectly? Probably I would......but not definitely. I have learned loads from Roger and, more importantly, now consider him a friend. Although he's probably fed up with all of my stoopid questions I can't wait to get her installed in my Pleasure Room and then show her the delights of The Cotswolds, when the sun decides to shine again....no rush though, gotta get her registered and legal first. So, all in all, a grand morning. Got to ride an Re5 for the first time and had a cuppa and a natter with my mate Roger. PS When's the next rideout? PPS and I LIKE the indicators

I feel your excitement.
My first ride was limited to second gear in a parking lot. I had to wait over one month which seemed like eternity to ride my next one.

Saw some pics of this bike a few weeks back. Very nice job and sounds like you're someone who'll appreciate it. You're in great hands with Roger.

Good looking bike Russ, hope lots of folk get to see it (her). I've also had the privilege of meeting Roger, quite the enthusiast, I'd let him rebuild my bikes any day (not after any favours Roger, but when are you available).
