Removal of Counterweights - any ideas?

Hi Guys, Anybody got any tips to remove the counterweights? Near side one (in UK) won't be encouraged by a harmonic balancer puller just bending the 3 8mm x 90mm bolts that screwed into it and messing up the threads in the puller's centre shaft. Tried an impact wrench too, plus loads of WD40 and lots of heat. Other side has the 41mm nut which is still resisting attempts to shift it. Again my impact wrench is probably too weedy - some 230 lb/ft... The couter weights are easily to remove while the unit is still in the bike.
A heavy duty impact gun( 500n) is needed with a recessed socket to fit correctly.
There are 3 access points through the counter weights where you can fit a 12mm T bar or socket to prevent the counter from turning while removing the large nut.
There are 3 x m8 threaded wholes in the counter to take a 3 legged puller.
Make sure you protect the end on the crank when screwing in puller.

A dead blow hammer works well too.

Never needed a puller yet.

Typically, a couple of good whacks and pop...

I have a 5 pounder with leather heads.

Many thanks for the tips. The crankshaft is seized solid. I am just wondering if that has something to do with it...
