Touring Kit saddle bag latches on E-Bay

Search Item # 273488278249. This is a large lot of different types of latches. Look to the center of the first photo with the tag " 350 PCS USA EXCELSIOR"

This is the same latch that was used on the touring kits, But is the non locking version. Excelsior went out of business in the 1990's. I don't know if the seller will separate them from the lot, they have been on E-Bay for quit a while. They were used on music instrument cases and luggage. I have already switched to Franzen Latches.

I've had many attempts at finding these latches. Thanks for the tip. That's them, albeit non locking as you note.
