After a lot of experimenting with my local chromers we have successfully rechromed clock housings and rear light .

brushed and then mat chrome .

Photobucket account will not let me upload direct link .

I will try and sort it out for other photos.

Suddenly I am able to open up the photobucket link and the spedo and taillights look super.
