Hi All there is a set of NOS rotor side seals on Ebay UK. I bid and won these for 122gbp but the buyer cancelled the sale saying I didn't live in the UK, even though I had a UK address for shipping, and has now relisted them as a Buy Now for 175gbp! Pretty crook and down right dishonest. Hopefully no one on here will buy them and the miserable git will be stuck with them regards Terry

I put the min bid on seals thought they where pricey enough at that strange theses seals used to turn up fairly regualary on
ebay but never used to make much proberly because nobody was realy intreasted in rebuilding the rotors .
I did buy the instrument housing off this seller and the sale was no problem .perhaps you should have contacted the seller first and asked if he would accept overseas bids and post to uk address .there is a lot of poor selling/buying technics on ebay these days perhaps just contacting the seller first will reassure the seller you are a genuian bidder.i agree its realy annoying having your winning bid cancel.

At least i know who outbid me on the clock covers ! .and am sure the silencer guards ..I placed bid at £120 on the seals in the last few secs like you do ...If you need some there cheap but for stock you can wait ....

By the sound of it I'm with re5rotary. Sounds like a dishonest thing to do and not at all related to being an international bidder.

Hi if he had relisted them at the same price then that wouldn't have been quite so bad, but to bump the price up by 50gbp is the dishonest part. My Uk address is registered on Ebay so it shouldn't have been a problem, just an excuse to cancel the sale because he didn't get what he wanted for them. I have 2 engines to rebuild so they would have been handy but I will now source some Ro80 parts and he can keep them regards terry

Glen your a tight wad ,  and just to rub it in the instrument housing is a lot better then it looked in the photos,i didnt buy the gaurds got enough rusty bent metal as it is .see the side seals have gone, belt buckle still available if keeping your trousers up is worth that much?. perhaps we are better sticking with braces given our more rotundad shape. whats it they say in darkest yorkshire ? you pays your money and takes your choice? sumut like that .see you at stafford and bring yer purse you can buy the over priced coffee. martin .
