I have taken most or even all of the allen key bolt off the clutch cover & a few off the water pump and they all seem to have black anodized washers m6. Pic below. The four on the left are from the bike. The other two are for comparison. Its not the best pic. The part number is 09164-06006 and is obtainable (2 quid each here in the UK) but its not stated that its a bright metal finish or black. Now I can get a bucket full of stainless ones for a few cents/pence or are these the original ones in BLACK. With the engine still covered in muck/dust the washer color is not obvious... But it would be nice to know what they should be. But then they might depend what the factory had that day. Ta Nairb

Even stuff like this used to be available hassle free from Rotary Recycle.
If your originals are in reasonable condition you can get them re plated in black zinc (like the air filter hose clamps).

Now I have found a supply of black stainless washers... but the have an OD of 11mm - not the 11.5 of the originals. But I have 200 of them for less than 12 USD. There is another supplier that also does the same I just need to check if the OD is the correct 11.5.
The bike does have most of the "S" original bolts which is good news. But they do need a re-chrome/zinc.

After much digging I found the washers in this link. www.fastenal.com/products/details/11512294 They have a little smaller outside diameter than the stock black ones and are a little thicker but are as close as I can find.
