Pipes are pretty easy to come by in California, I would guess shipping would be expensive. Jeff

Al, you can use the shipper that brought your bike over. I used them to bring over a full fairing and 3 boxes of parts. But I think his minimum charge is half a pallet which was $500 AU at the time. In my case, that was still cheaper than any other method of getting the fairing over here.
Pipes do come up on US ebay now and again. Or you can try Old Gold wreckers that I sent you the number for. I'm pretty sure he got a batch of pipes when he bought out one of the guys RE5 stock down here.

Monkey claw specializes in pure junk. He is the kind of guy that gives motorcycle parts selling a bad name. Jeff

Do you think that maybe just the baffles are burned out? Can't you take those out of the pipe? Or is your pipe bad?

Hi Al
I Received a Extra Set of Mufflers when I bought my 76 RE5A My only problem is they appear UNUSED given the baffle material is still perfectly clean and they have no signs of ever being fitted
I would dearly like these on my bike when shes done but will have the set that is currently on the bike available here in NSW Australia
I also might be interested in donating them to you in return for some valuable intel regarding getting mine sorted and tuned when she's up and running as everything has now arrived from the states I theoretically have all the parts except the battery which will be here on Friday (Genuine Yuassa 30Ah)
will no more soon but feel free to send me a private message we should be able to work something out
Cheers Dave
