The RE5 in Chicago with 0 miles is listed again on ebay. I think this is about the 3rd or 4th time. I seem to recall the last time the bidding went to about $22,000, but the reserve still wasn't met. I at about 4k now.

I think eBay only charges if the vehicle sells. It's been awhile since I have sold a cycle on eBay but unless he chooses options for the listing that cost extra, I don't think he has to pay anything unless it sells and then it's a flat fee.
