Hi all,
Sorry to drag this one up again after so many years, but I've had the same issue where the main fuse has blown. This is the first time it's happened in 10 years of ownership (albeit I only use the bike very rarely).
The main fuse in the holder is (was) 15A. Is that correct or should it be 20A? I have the workshop manual but it makes no mention of fuse ratings, that I can find.
Clearly I'll need to investigate the cause of the problem but in the meantime I need to get a pack of sacrificial fuses to use while I'm fault-finding.
Thanks in advance.

Pretty sure it should be 20 Amp.

Sounds like no real problem if running a 15A fuse for so long. Check the fuse holder carefully for getting hot ,too.
New ones should still be available. # 36740-31212.

20A as per page 8 of the Owners Manual. That's one item I must try again to obtain. I gave up and bought a workshop manual but it's not really what I need.
