It's part of a clock... It's broken and missing the bottom. (Clock part)
Very rare to find one complete. Last one on flea bay went for over a grand...
Lotta $ for a plastic clock.

The lady bought it from a church sale within a job lot of bits and bobs and had no idea what it was.
Its a pity it wasnt complete.
