Since I purchased the bike some years ago, the wiring to the horn always looked as though it was an afterthought. I've looked at the wiring diagram and it shows two wires going to the horn button, but on stripping it, there's only one wire, making it different from the wiring diagram!
Does anybody know where the wiring connections go from the horn itself?

Guy. Is the wiring diagram a NON European one with out the "P" button?. I think the 2 wire may be used for this operation wiring each one through and earthing on the inner screw inside the switch, I will check and get back to you.

Thanks Rog,
Yes, the wiring diagram has got the pass button, but I would have liked to have known where the wiring connects into the loom.

Hi everyone,
I've got my horn working again. A bit on the strange side, on my wiring diagram the horn button should have a green cable and a black with white tracer, but my horn button only has one wire, which is basically the return to the frame. The power cable to the horn is connected to a small plastic box under the fuel tank, not easy to open, so I didn't bother,. Size 1.5" x 1.5" x 1". I've got an orange and green cable going to it, and one terminal to the other is looped over in yellow. No sign of this box on the wiring diagram, so I'm thinking it might have just been an after thought or a modification by somebody.(Strange but true!).
