Years ago, (don't know if they're still available,) you could get a rubber tube with a wiper blade on it which you put a gloved finger through, it worked well I believe.

If i remember correctly they were called a V-wipe (or Vee wipe) They fitted on the index finger, over the top of your gloves. You simply swiped it across the visor to remove the spots of rain. Never tried using one though.

They were a good bit of kit, although gloves with a chamois leather back to the index finger work just as good.

I used to sell V-Wipe's more than 30 years ago , they were a great simple idea. Not sure about the electric one, I know the RE is not that fast but the speed limit on the electric visor is more suited to a scooter/moped, LOL Rog
