Hi Glenn , The Globe type come up for sale rarely, and pricey if they do. There is a nice complete unit on ebay 290817519896 or R & R , if you want the GT type I could help you with some very good used ones or you could even new ones from Suzuki UK.

At that price and slightly iffy condition, I'd probably be in touch with RR. They're about $150 for a good one. Roger is right tho- they are getting harder to find especially in nice condition (been looking for a set for a mate down here without much luck). Rechroming them is fairy expensive too as alot of places don't like to rechrome pot metal.

Andy, the ebay item is a early Lacqured one and easily pollished up.(as I did on my bike many years ago) $150 is still lots of money though.
I have seen a owner who had some bad condition chromed units that he stripped and polished up to a verry good standard.
R & R sell stain less steel replacements , have you seen any ?

Aaah. I thought it looked from the photos like the chrome was corroded through in a few places.... I haven't seen the SS ones Jess has- but yes they are pricey....  but then it probably took a coulple of hours to make them... |
