I've been riding my '75 around, and something has been bugging me. The LED indicator that tells you what gear you're in has been a bit intermittent. It is not the switch on the transmission. Two of the segments are flaky. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. The attached picture shows what's happening. The two dim segments sometimes work, sometimes don't. The only thing I need is that part. The newer model has the display in the keyswitch area (if I'm not mistaken). Does anyone have one to sell? Thanks! Attachments:

I may have. I have a junk M speedo that I'm keeping for a friend as his instruments have some major issues. I'll need some time to test it to make sure the gear indicator segments all work and that my friends unit also works so that he won't be needing this component.
Give me a day or two. If someone helps you out in the meantime, all good, else I'll get back to you.

I have seen them on ebay for about $120 , not sure if Jess sells them. or maybe there is a RS part that could be adapted at a fraction of the cost , Rog

Excellent, Jess has them. The one I have that I thought I could help you out with is junk as well. Doesn't work at all.

Thanks Jess and Wayne. Now that I know I can get a replacement (thanks Jess), I'm comfortable dissolving epoxy and not worrying about wrecking anything further. If I find something interesting, I'll post pictures.
Jess, I'll see if I can collect a few more things to add to my order before pulling the trigger.
Thanks again!
