Hi guys.
I think I have a leak from the water pipe that goes from the top, back of the radiator up to the top-up tube, under the front of the tank. According to the parts list, it is part number 17853-37020. I went to my local Suzuki dealer today and they can't find it on the computer. Is this part discontinued, or has the number been changed, does anybody know?
Cheers,
Biggles

Evening Biggles, if RR can't help you out follow the link below they make straight reducers, bought one a while back just in case. Just need a bit of a trim with a stanley knife but at about £10 they are good value, think 32mm x 25mm is the size but you can easily check yours to make sure. They also do a straight one that fits the Kettle. www.regals-motorsport.co.uk/silicone-hoses/straight-reducersRegards Stuart

The two diameters of the tube are not concentric, RR's are correct.

Hi guys.
Thanks for the info. I have now ordered a new one from RR. Just under £22 including delivery, which I think is very reasonable indeed.
Does the radiator need to come out to fit it, or can the tube on top be lifted up to gain access?
Cheers,

Thanks to Rog for the loan of a rubber hose until RR's one gets here, and the advice on fitting it. Piece of cake. Err, maybe not. All the rubber pipes were brittle and perished, so have been replaced now, but coolant is coming out of the tube itself, round one of the two unions to the small header tank, just behind the tube. I can't see any cracks or damage, so think it might be one of the two small banjo bolts that go onto it. I shall get new hose clamps and copper gaskets on Monday, and see how that goes. At least it is all accessible and easy to work on.
