After seeing Kim Hunter's regular Norton rotary, I'd be happy with one of those.
I did ride a Norton very briefly in about 2000. Courtesy of a very kind offer by Dave Cameron, founder of the ROC. It was foggy and about +2 C but I wasn't about to say no.
It just felt so "sorted" by comparison. Lovely bike. But I believe that they do have their own suite of problems (all solvable).
In fairness to Suzuki, Dave did point out that they worked on it for nearly 20 years before releasing it.

The fire spitting works RCW588 racer was a sight and sound to behold. I'm glad to see Norton building bikes again 20 miles up the road from me at Donnington Park. Although the new bikes are parallel twins (and look pretty good) there is always hope of another rotary, you never know.

the new norton race bike was at the tt this year but it uses an aprilla engine.i was at the tt the first year they raced the rotary at the isle of man
