I believe all the lengths are published in the parts manual and service manual.

Here you go:

BTW - depends on what manuals you have, but there are errors in the genuine books on a couple of lengths etc.
List below is correct I believe but in some cases there are fewer listed than on the bike because I've sometimes only listed visible bolts.

GT550guy,
If he makes up a set let me know if he wants to make another set and how much it would be.
Thanks.

I have found someone in the UK who will put together a set for £67 that's about $100 including shipping too that is 1 set. 102 bolts including the 155mm and 175mm bolts the more sets you buy the cheaper it. Is I am waiting to here back from a guy in the US about a set but he only goes up to 140 mm he is finding out about getting longer ones

If a few people want order some sets it seems to be cheaper if there is enough intetest we may be able to get the sets at almost 50% discount if the numbers are high enough they do not have sets for each bike you have to put the sizes in to make up your own here is the website westfieldfasteners.co.uk/A2_ScrewBolt_SHCap_M6.html

Yes, that's useful. I had to have them welded and it was very expensive.
My only problem is that the picture shows smooth heads. I'd prefer knurled or crosshatch to match original but I guess that I should ask, they may have them.

I'm cad plating mine myself, they are coming out nice but its very time consuming. I would like to go stainless but I would like to have them knurled like the originals.

I buy them in Singapore with Knurled heads but the maximum length is 150mm.
If anybody really wants knurled heads and the suppliers above don't have them, let me know and I'll get the Singapore address. I think they do international mail order.

I have a mate with a lathe, I may get a set and get him to run a knurl round the heads
