Does anyone have a diagram or picture of the portvalve assembly i am trying to put it back together and i think i have parts missing as it was apart when i got the bike also how do i bypass or get rid of the chain oiler line from the metering pump all chain oilers i have had on different bikes (Triumph) are just a waist of time and piss oil all over the back end of the bike any help would be good thanks

scan of port valve assy right click on the diagram, click on " save picture as " and save to you pc then you can zoom in on it steve

Ok thanks o have all the parts except the cap ,but for some reason my parts manual does not have this diagram in it thanks again Have a good new year Tony

its not in the parts book, its in a seperate small parts book for the poper unit which i got from Sam a few years ago.

I've been using them for years and they work a treat once set up properly. As you say though, they can overdo it a bit and end up oiling the rear tyre (and your back) if you don't adjust them right. In my experience they make chain maintenance almost a thing of the past. Cheers Rick

i wanted to get rid of the oiler all together do i just block the pipe or recycle it back into the tank ?

on the A model they did away with the chain oiler, they removed the pipe and banjo from the pump and installed a small bolt and sealing washer
