I used the search function but must be doing some thing wrong. It always comes up as nothing found.
Does anyone have some tips regarding removing the nut on the sprocket. Owning a dozen Suzuki's, I have had a lot of experience removing this but can't budge this one.
I don't have a rattle gun and I don't want to use a hammer and screwdriver to belt the nut until it frees (this does work, makes a mess of your nut though).

Hi Wayne, how's it going?
Have you tried leaving the chain on and the bike in low gear and with someone pressing on the rear brake pedal and holding the front brake use an impact screwdriver.
Or if the chain is off lock the sprocket somehow safely and use the impact screwdriver.

Hi Lee, very good actually, I have a blue one, a red one and black one to play with at the moment.........what more could you ask ??
Well, what a dummy. Owned an impact driver for 30 years and never thought to apply it to a socket.......
The chain was still on (rear wheel off) but I'd locked it up solid.
The impact driver didn't seem to do anything. I marked the sprocket and the nut to see any movement and after numerous attempts with the impact nothing seemed to happen. So I put on my longest bar and the socket and she came loose. I've been using that bar over the last several days to no avail so I'm certain that the impact driver idea must have nudged it just enough.
Thanks mate !
