With my gas tank off, I see two connectors. They are not meant to be connected. One is a male with 2 wires. One is a female with 4 wires. Can anybody comment on these? Should they be connected to something, like maybe the other end is hiding from me??
Thanks!

As far as i know the later 75 bikes had some of the electrical items carried on the first ones removed for ease of construction. I'm told by Sam at RR this was done to the all of the 76s and some of the later 75 models which were supposed to have all the bells and whistles. This included the relay under the tank and the micro switch diaphram unit mounted centrally behind the upper radiator plus some other bits and pieces. Post a pic of the section so we can see what youre referring to specifically.

Ok. I finally took a picture. I have a small version and a bigger version. The small version has arrows pointing to the connectors... What were these connectors for or should I have them connected to something? ? www.aerologic.com/wires1.JPGwww.aerologic.com/wires.jpgThanks! Dave P

Speed relay and vaccume switch...
Deleted on A model. If you wish to add them, as well as the second set of points, all parts are available form Sam.
Best,
Jess
