Here is a new part I have just designed and had prototyped. It is Ref # 10-27 or part 16710-37011. The top is a factory NOS unit. The bottom is my part. This is the top check valve for the metering pump on the carburetor. These are failing at an alarming rate. If it fails, the gravity feed from the fuel tank will overwhelm the metering pump, and you will loose oil injection. In very short order, you will have a boat anchor for an engine. I have spent several months designing and sourcing someone to make it for me. It is a viton seal and should last as long as any of us are alive. My reccomendation is that all bikes should have one installed... pronto... I anticipate having the production run finished by the end of May as I have just finished testing the prototypes on my test bikes. The crack pressure is actually less than factory so it should improve oiling. When I have the units in hand I will post here. I am hoping to get an idea of how many I should order. I anticipate the price to be about 60.00 per valve as the tooling cost was significant. Any thoughts? Best, Jess Stockwell Rotary Recycle

Hello Jess, My name is Nick from the UK. I am new to this forum. You will probably have read a coupe of recent messages I have posted. Having just purchased two RE5s imported from USA (from which I hope to make one good one) & about to embark on this new project, I would purchase one of your new parts when you have them ready. Nick p.s. I'm pleased I chose the rebirth of an RE5 as my next project. You, your company Rotory Recycle & all the members of this forum appear to be very knowledgeable & very helpful. I'm looking forward to being a long term member & to my new project.

I agree cheap insurance. The price is right and better than stock to boot! You can count me in for at lest two. I think we need to the list of parts for the shelf. I'd be interested on what parts you'd have on hand if you didn't already have them.
Thank you for the time and effort to re-manufacture parts for us.

The new check valves are here. ;D
Anyone who wants one... $55.00 for one, buy two or more and they are $50.00.
They will ship in a padded mailer so they will be very inexpensive to get posted anywhere in the world.
Please send your request to RotaryRecycle@gmail.com
Be sure to include your Full Name and shipping address in the email.
I think everyone will be pleased as they are exceptional quality.
Best,
Jess
