Is that your white RE5? It looks great! I also like the Kawasaki jacket. That's something I would be wearing also when I ride the RE5.

It's the shop bike, something we've been experimenting with. Thanks, we put a lot of time in it. Yeah the Kawasaki jacket was noticed by the Killboy photographers and made it on their highlights page. Note the Kawazuki caption lol. Its the only jacket I own and I've learned to live by the saying "it's better to sweat than bleed" Attachments:

Zach did most of the work on that bike...
That was one of the complete "parts bikes" that we had at Rotary Recycle. Over the last three months that was Zach's "project" bike.
He and his friend Jeff, work for me at RR on the weekends. They took that bike completely down and made it what it is today. I did my best to stay out of their way and let them learn and do it themselves.
I wanted a "shop bike" that could be taken to rallies and shown/ridden. It was intended to be an example of what we can do at RR, in essence, a little rolling advertising.
While not as far gone as Ziggy's bike, it was in fairly poor condition when they began.
Thanks for the compliments on it. My wife chose the color. It is a white metal flake in the M model style.
Needless to say...I am very proud of Zach and the and the result.
Best,
Jess

Hi Jess, Any chance of seeing some close up pics of the RE5M in the white colour? It would be interesting to see it in more detail. Nick

Very nice.......thanks Jess......I really like the look of it in white.
If anyone has an RE5 in any other unusual colour i'd really like to see a photo.

Here's a picture from last year that I just found in a friends album, absolutely love this pic. Anyways, DGRR 2011 is just around the corner and looks to be the largest gathering so far. If the interests is high enough there will a professionally done DVD of the event. Cant wait!

Here are a few pictures from this years DGRR. This was the view from our cabin this year, beautiful! Just pulled the Hercules off the trailer Rode down to the lodge to warm it up a little. Here's some rotary humor!

Your Hercules looks like a fun bike to ride. Whose A is that in the last picture. It looks mint. Thanks for posting your pictures.

The A Model is Jess's bike, really nice rider! That RE5 has the BEST braking system I have ever felt on an RE. He'll have to tell you about it. The Hercules is a big project that a good friend of mine and I took on in order to have something to show off at the show. It is a fun little bike to ride.

How do I get ahold of a rotor shaped headlamp. That has to be the coolest thing I've seen!
