I've just received these from Roger (HGH770N). Another meticulous restoration. Roger's drilled out the rivets to remove the chrome from the original horn to allow for replating. But he's puzzled by the mounting bolt and nut. I have a feeling I've seen this before (probably exclaiming "Bl**dy Suzuki!") when my 12mm spanner didn't fit. A 7mm stud with an 11mm nut? What were they thinking? Anyone else come across this set of dimensions? Freshly rechromed and ready for installation: But wait!: Who's idea is this?:

Yeah, I've come across it.
I reckon these horns may have been manufactured in Europe somewhere - Austrian bikes and French cars from that era used very obscure bolt and nut sizes.
I still have a set of sprocket bolts for an old KTM that used to be in my collection - M7 thread and 11mm bolt and nut head. And, Renault used nuts and bolts the same size back then too.
There's likely others - European manufacturers seem to be the common denominator.
