After much response to my previous post, I got my bike to start and run today. Thanks for all the help and advice. One thing I found before being able to start it was the short hose from the filler neck to radiator neck was split and therefore leaking. From other posts it seems this is a common issue. I am of course looking for a replacement. I have seen that board member Jess has or had these, but also that he is not available for the foreseeable future. I have seen a few other possibilities. One, I believe was from a Yamaha R1, or something similar. An older post from another member indicated a silicone based hose from a vendor called JJC race and rally. I am considering ordering one from them but the board member posted a picture of them but didn't indicate a part # or size. It looks like in the picture the hose was a 32mm-25mm reducing hose. Was just wanting to know if anyone can confirm these dimensions are correct or suggest any alternative hose. Some of the posts referring to alternatives are old posts so I didn't know if some of the suggested hoses were even still available. Any suggestions?

25-32mm or 1”-1.25” reduced pipe readerly available from many suppliers. Some are long and tapered than shouldered . Try a pick the shoulder type. Cost Around £6 . You may have to cut 10mm off each end depending on which one you buy. I have used many this way and being modern silicon should last a lifetime. The old car rubber type are too thick and do not suit the original clamps. Hope this helps. Roger
