Ignition, timing, fires only every 2nd face, vacuum switch

Hey guys, so as you can see in the video if I have both points working, it only fires every other rotor face.

If I pull the outer points apart, it sounds way better.

I set points gap and timing per the manual and then was playing with the outer points and noticed the change, so needless to say they are not set correctly in the video.

 I would first try unplugging the wires from the vacuum switch behind the radiator. If that fixes it, then it's the vacuum switch that's stuck. If not then unplug the deceleration control relay under the gas tank.

Thanks for the tip. I unplugged the wires two wire connector for the vac switch and viola, problem solved.
