Has anyone every seen the VIN number on the Title papers matching the Engine number but not the frame number. Mine does. It's round the wrong way!

I was thinking the same thing. If you get a nice Dmv person they may fix it far you without a big issue. If not I'm not sure what they may make you do. I would bring pictures of the neck of the bike and the picture of the motor number that matches you title with you to show them what happened many years ago. make sure you can read the neck number and motor number in your picture so there is no confusion or dought when they look at everything. Good luck getting someone that's willing to help and not a person that wants you to start the Suzuki factory line back running at the Suzuki factory. Best wishes!

Just wondering what you did about the Motor # on the title and not the frame #. I seem to have run across the same thing. Thanks John

Back in the day most manufacturers used engine vin for title! I thought that stopped in the late 60's though. Not a big deal. I have a 55 Desoto and a 65 Honda dream both vin with engine number.
