Hello,
I am a new member of the board. Frank T and Tom both invited me and I finally got off my butt and joined.
My name is Jess Stockwell and I hail from Southern TN. I am as much of an expert on Rotary bikes as I guess one can be... (smile)
I currently own a pile of Suzukis and one hercules, and as well as riders, I own a couple of "show bikes"
I have restored/ repaired/ obtained bikes for guys all around the world... so I guess I am about as qualified as anybody with the exception of Sam (he has forgotten more than I will ever know about these bikes)
Anyway, if someone can give me some direction about posting photos of my personal bikes, I will be happy to do so...
I also will attempt to answer any questions...
Best,
Jess

Welcome Jess! Good to have an re5 expert on board. Maybe you can help me get my bogging/hesitation worked out To post photos you need an account at an image hosting service such as photobucket.com. Its free and easy, there are many others to choose from as well. Once you upload the photo it will give you a direct link, for example one of my photos: i280.photobucket.com/albums/kk185/tom93r1/P1000470.jpgTo post the image in the thread you need to mark that link as an image, as below except replace the <> with [] <img>http://i280.photobucket.com/albums/kk185/tom93r1/P1000470.jpg</img> That will get have a picture in your post. I look forward to seeing pics of your fleet!

Welcome Jess and thank you Frank and Tom for inviting Jess to the site. I'm very happy to have you with us. Thanks for joining. As far as posting pictures on the site, the square little gray buttons above the smileys when you are posting a new message, you click the 4th button from the left on the bottom row. You can have the url of the image that you want to post on the board copied into memory on your computer. Click between the [image]pic web address here[/image] tags that will show in the message box. Then paste the web address in. There should be no spaces between the web address and the image tags. I had to modify the image tag letters so they would show here in the message. I look forward to seeing your pictures and reading your posts.

Nice rotaries! I have never seen a Hercules in any color other than red, and the polished motor is very nice!

Hercules is a '76, oil injected... no Premix. The bike does it for you ala Re5.
They only made 199 oil injected ones. That bike was the display bike for Sachs North America, so it was polished at the factory.
The black '76 and red '75 are my originals that I use as riders.
The Blue '75 is a nut and bolt custom... I made it pretty just because... The engine is plated in Black Nickle.
Glad you like!
Best,
Jess

Really nice cycles!! I seem to be fascinated by the Hercules ever since I saw Franks picture of his and your pictures add to that fascination. They are so unique. Maybe I can find one of them someday.
