That is a very nice looking bike. Worth every bit of 9,999 if the pics do justice to the condition. It doesn't look like any restoration is needed, very original looking.
Prices are getting up there. I know of several purchases here in Australia that were not through RR. One was bought in the U.S. and imported and would probably have been conservatively 16-17000 AUD by the time he got it here. That was for a possibly low mile and very original bike, just a couple of dodgy things about it.
Another was for a 15,000 mile bike and that was 12,000 here two years ago. Very original, perfect paint, very strong runner.
As mentioned elsewhere, what was essentially a new RE5A which had 5 miles on it went surprisingly low at about 12,750 or thereabouts sometime last year. That was below what I'd expect but he couldn't get any takers when first listed at 15,000.
I know another that cost 7000 and over 10,000 put into the restoration.
Not quite Z1 territory, but getting up there.

I recall reading advice offered by ziggystardust a while back that (forgive my memory) went something like this:
"Purchase the best motorcycle that you can afford and work from there"
very sound advice indeed
