Not entirely sure if this is the right spot for this question, but here goes.
The short hose between the top radiator inlet and the filler neck is unique to the RE5, it's the dual diameter hose, wide at the top, narrow at the bottom.
These have not been available for a long time and tend to split, does anyone know of a readily available substitute, or better still a source for an original hose?

You can use the hose from a 2001 Yamaha r1 thermostat housing or you can buy a hose from Demon Tweeks made by Samco . Hope this helps,Roy

Mick..........kettle738 Try ebay, www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Auto-Silicone-Hoses-Rubber-Straight-Reducing-Hose-/351582551097?var=&hash=item51dbf3fc39:m:mKiMy1EL-kRc6HwhlW-OvowTrim to size with a Stanley knife make sure inlet outlet sizes are ok, originals are offset, these are not, makes no difference.
