Soon I will be going through the memberlist again, looking for members who have never posted on the board. What I look for is members who have not logged in for a long time with no posts since they joined. I contact these people and ask if they still want to be members of the board. If I get a response that they don't want to be a member any longer or no response at all after a few weeks, I delete there account. If a person is a member with zero posts but has logged in recently, I don't contact them and leave there account as is. So, if you are a member with no posts since you joined, you can either put up a post or at least log in to your account to remain a member. Thanks guys.

I sent the following email out to all members of the forum but am posting it here also in case some of your email addresses have changed since you registered as a member.
Hi Everyone, It's a new year and over the past few years at the beginning of the year I have been going through the member list to find members who have never posted or logged in on the forum and members who have posted but haven't logged in for a year or so. Those who have posted but haven't logged in for a long time, I email them separately in another email besides this one to see if they want to remain a member. Those who have joined but have never logged in for around a year or more, I delete the accounts, thinking they are probably spammers.
If you fall into one of these scenarios, all I ask is that you at least log in to your account so I know that you want to remain as a member of the forum. I can see the last time that each member logs in. I will probably start going through the list in a few weeks to give everyone who wishes to be a member and may have there account canceled a chance to log in.
If you are currently an active member who has at least logged in during the past year, you don't have to do anything. I appreciate your participation on the forum and your interest in the RE5. There are a couple of you who have dual accounts and don't really use the other account much. Those accounts will remain as I am aware of them unless you decide to delete them yourself or tell me to cancel them. Thanks again, Gary

Soon I will be going through the member list on my annual clean up of the accounts, looking for members who have never posted as long as they have had an account. There is currently 45 members who have created accounts and never logged in. All I ask is that you at least log in so I can see that you are still interested in having an account on the forum. I will start going through the accounts in January and will delete those that never log in and have zero posts and have been members for quite awhile.
All you have to do is log in. You don't have to post a message if you don't want to although participation is encouraged and welcome.

I just finished deleting the accounts that have 0 posts on them and haven't been logged in to in over a year or never logged in since they were created. For the rest of the year I will just be deleting 0 post accounts once they haven't been logged in to in over a year. If you have one of these accounts, just log in to keep the account active if you want to keep it.
