Use PVC Cement NOT supper Glue
Krylon #1403 Dull Aluminum spray paint to match color
Those two recommendations came from Sam himself
Ok now your turn what else can we all share? Like what paint is a match for the frame or heat shields, etc, etc.

Hmm id think that not all "super glues" are created equal. To repair the rad on the GT750 and the RE5 i used a slow cure gap filling super glue from a modellers store. "Zap a gap" brand is good stuff and works on oil soaked surfaces as found on the r/c planes where the oily exhaust residue coats the plane from flying. PVC glue can work, but the stuff i used is wayyy better and stronger bonding too.

What's a good chemical/product for removing paint from the radiator grille? Previous owner used the same color as the tank/side plastics. I have to remove this ASAP.

Unfortunately, most chemical strippers will melt the grill...
So the best product is.... sandpaper ;D
Good luck,

I was thinking of brake fluid. I learned about that the hard way many years ago...

Bad idea...
You will NEVER get new paint to stick...
Just my 2 cents
Best,

Scuff with fine sand paper lightly, plastic is soft. Then repaint.
