I was going to say a selling price of $600 but then I noticed the starting bid is higher than that. I'll be surprised if it sells but with ebay you never know.

Must be the seat that the bidder is after. The bike was "winterized" so maybe there is nothing to worry about.  Can't really say that the seller is hiding anything so if the bidder gets it and is happy with it, that's all that matters. It also reminds me what a steal I got on mine when I got it. |

I see them quite a lot. What are you looking to spend on one? Do you have a preference for the H1 or H2? Which year if any preference for years?
Best place to watch is on craigslist in my opinion. That is how I got my RE5 but that was just about 2 years ago now and there weren't as many people watching craigslist as there is now. I still feel there are good deals to be found on Craigslist. Not as many on ebay anymore but they do show up once in awhile.

I figured it out. The reason why it is bid so high is because he has the rear luggage rack. I knew that thing was worth a lot. ;D

I paid $1500 for mine, must have been a heck of a score for me  You are probably right though, its the luggage rack and I dont have one.... Could be that cool seat too! |

We sure can't complain if the prices go up on these and they probably will. I wish a nice one would go up for bids on ebay without a buy it now so we can get a better idea what they are worth. I was guessing that mine is probably worth around $5000 but that is just a guess. I haven't seen that many of them sell so it is hard to judge what it is worth. Plus, I have the priceless luggage rack and to top it off, there is a backrest attached to it. |
