what oil filter should i use, also what oil shoiuld be used in the crankcase trans and what oil should be used in the oil injection tank also what is the oil gas ratio

Rotary Recycle recommends 20-50 Castrol GTX in the engine sump, Trans, and metering pump tank.
There is no need for mixing as the bike does it for you if things are working properly.
Rotary Recycle offers aftermarket as well as NOS oil flters. If you want an off the shelf filter that works well, try a K&N HP-1003.
