Having stripped the valve i am in the middle of making a new diaphragm assy, and new seals etc, once all my parts arrive i will report back, if there is anyone needing parts i could get some made and keep our petcocks operating as originals 👍

These diaphragms are very difficult to manufacture. I used GT750 petcock diaphragms, but the flow rate was not sufficient and caused carburetion problems. That said, if you can make them, I'm interrested for my two RE5s.
