Friends,
The Rotary Recycle Team has been working long hours to complete the move from Ohio to our new home in Tullahoma, Tennessee. Our new 22,000 square foot facility is now up and running. Thank you all for your patience, support and encouragement over the last 90 days, as it has been a truly monumental task.
We have been experiencing some computer difficulties, and eventually hope to combine the old site (www.RotaryRecycle.net) with the new (www.RotaryRecycle.com). We will keep the community posted, and should be able to merge the two sites into one in the next 90 days.
We are now set up to take electronic transfers through PayPal at RotaryRecycle@gmail.com. For those of you who do not know what PayPal is, it is a way to electronically transfer funds over the internet from your bank or credit card. It negates the need to write checks and send them through the mail. We feel it will help speed the process of getting parts where they need to be so that more of these wonderful bikes can be out on the road. It also should also prove to be much more convenient for the overseas community. The downside is that PayPal charges 3%. Unfortunately, we will have to add a 3% surcharge to all PayPal payments.
With regard to the parts inventory, we will no longer differentiate between NOS, Aftermarket and Used/Refurbished parts. The NOS supply of parts has become so limited that it is impractical to differentiate. Obviously, if a customer requires NOS for some reason, we will do our best to accommodate them on an order by order basis.
Rest assured, each and every order will be personally inspected and pulled from our stock by me. Every order will be painstakingly and lovingly packaged and sent to you, our customers. Every part in every order is, as always, subject to our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with any part you receive, the Rotary Recycle team will either replace it, or give you a “no questions asked” refund.
As of Monday, September 21, 2009, we are accepting orders for Re5 parts and spares by phone, fax or email (RotaryRecycle@gmail.com). We hope to have the Hercules line in place and operational in the next 60-90 days.
If you have a pending order or have placed one during the transition, our team is working to get those orders completed now. Please do not resubmit an order for at least the next week.
As always, we will be available to answer technical questions or provide advice to the community. Our service department will also be available for service as well as restorations, and we welcome your visit by appointment. We also can assist with shipping your bike for service or restoration as we have several shippers that give us an excellent rate within the continental US.
In closing, as a group, we all owe an indefinable debt of gratitude to Sam Costanzo, Janice Costanzo, Tracy Sivillo, and the rest of the Rotary Recycle team. Without these fine people, their tireless dedication and hard work, all Re5’s and W-2000’s would have been relegated to the scrap pile long ago. I am both honored and humbled to have been chosen to carry on their dream.
Again, many thanks for all support and encouragement.
Best Regards,
Jess Stockwell and the Rotary Recycle Team.
